A few weeks ago I got the opportunity to film some content for @limehouseyoga which was having an open day in their amazing facility, surrounded by jaw dropping natural beauty.
Jock and the team are incredibly welcoming and have so much knowledge in the art of yoga, plus their on-site cafe is a fantastic place to sit, relax and catch up!
